Turkey Pot Pie Part 2

The crusts are rectangle so I cut off the extra and made a personal size caramel apple pie with the leftover crust.

Ingredients ~
  • 1 small apple cut into small chunks
  • 4 tablespoons butter - melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons caramel
  • leftover crust from pot pies
  • leftover egg wash from pot pies
Directions
  • Set oven to 400°F
  • In bowl melt butter
  • Add apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and caramel to melted butter and mix together.
  • Pour filling into pie crust
  • Brush top with egg wash
  • Bake 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown
  • Top with caramel and whip cream & Enjoy!



Pie crust - I rolled out the leftover crust so that I could fold over the edges to make the top of the pie without having to use two pieces.
