Ingredients ~
- 1 small apple cut into small chunks
- 4 tablespoons butter - melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons caramel
- leftover crust from pot pies
- leftover egg wash from pot pies
- Set oven to 400°F
- In bowl melt butter
- Add apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, and caramel to melted butter and mix together.
- Pour filling into pie crust
- Brush top with egg wash
- Bake 10 -12 minutes or until golden brown
- Top with caramel and whip cream & Enjoy!


Pie crust - I rolled out the leftover crust so that I could fold over the edges to make the top of the pie without having to use two pieces.
